About Us

JD Architectural design is a sole practice run by Mr. James Dawson BSc MCIAT a Chartered Architectural Technologist and registered practice since 2008. I can offer the level of architectural service that meets your needs and provide the link between those needs and the construction of the finished building. I specialise in residential architecture; extensions alterations & loft conversions, new build houses and flats, Listed Building applications, new flats by conversion. Following an initial meeting to advise and discuss options, the project is developed with both high quality architectural 2D drawings and 3D models using BIM software, from the initial design concepts to the final drawings for planning and Building Control approval. This can be followed up with specification information. You can decide on the level of service you require with stage payments spread out over the course to the design process.
