About Us

Jonathan Rees is a CIAT registered Architectural Technologist based in Witham, Essex. Graduating in 2003 from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Jonathan’s career began in the North of Scotland. Since then he has worked on projects throughout the UK from the Orkney Isles to the Channel Isles, engaging with a broad range of building styles, construction methods, materials, and local planning legislation. Working on a range of domestic and small-scale commercial and interior projects, planning and design services are offered direct to clients or sometimes in partnership with other local designers and property developers as required. A strong link is maintained with Building Control through the Local Authority Partner scheme with additional support from local Engineers and Energy consultants.
