KR.eativ: Architects Ltd

KR.eativ: Architects Ltd is an RIBA Chartered Practice that specialises in bespoke homes and working with existing buildings (especially listed ones) to alter, convert and extend, bringing them into functional use in the twenty-first century. I occasionally work from our narrowboat that we re-designed the interior of. The founder John Kellett, RIBA ACA, is an ARB registered Architect and a member of the Association of Consultant Architects . Which means an Historic Buildings Advisor, an Architectural Designer, a Client Advisor, a Technologist, a Project Manager, a Planning Consultant, a Building Surveyor, the Principal Designer, an Urban Designer, a Contract Administrator and an Interior Designer. He has over 40 years experience on projects from Country Houses, Hospitals, Resort Villages and Housing to Industrial Parks, Retail (shell and fit out), Churches and Restaurants (shell and fit out), some of them being listed buildings.
