About Us

Lewandowski Architects is an award-winning Practice, founded on the wealth of experience of a number of talented individuals over many years. Created by Ron Lewandowski in 1982, he has guided the Practice through a number of changes over the past two decades. Prior to his retirement Ron was joined by his son Dan Lewandowski in 2006 and Alex Chapman in 2007. The pair now lead a very talented team of ambitious and creative Architects and designers with a combined vision for good design and great architecture. Each individual provides a complimentary skill set that allows the practice to tackle every aspect of any project. All of our projects are approached with a thoroughness and professionalism that reflect the practices’ commitment to providing the highest quality service. We have always believed in strong, balanced relationships and owe much of our success over the past 35 years to this concept. We are proud to maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals that were forged decades ago.

Lewandowski did a great job on the extension and renovations at our home. We would highly recommend them and Alex Chapman especially. They took us from the design stage, through planning approvals, specs for the full design, contract tender and contracting process and then managed the contractor and build phase for us through to Completion. Throughout, Alex was responsive, helpful and patient. Above all, he took time to understand what we wanted. He always listened and was willing to adapt his own excellent ideas to accommodate our thoughts and wishes. We live overseas and we simply could not have managed the tender, contracting and construction phase without him. He kept us informed throughout and did a terrific job of keeping the project on track. The end product is fabulous, finished to a high standard and exactly how we had envisaged it when we started out. First-rate service and happy clients.
