With our years’ of experience, we can advise our clients from an early stage to ensure that their vision becomes a reality whilst also complying with all planning and building control requirements. This is achieved through consulting closely with our clients and then preparing full detailed drawings and building specifications. We have undertaken various types of projects. Over the past 10 years we have also worked closely with Gable/Shelter to design disabled facilities for clients in receipt of NIHE grants as well as private clients. We have a deep understanding of what is involved in these applications and have an extensive portfolio of disabled facilities projects. These designs are tailored to the specific needs of the client based on recommendations from the Occupational Therapist. In dealing with the practice, clients can expect a professional service from a fully qualified and registered architectural technologist. Our practice places an emphasis on quality of service and focuses on customer satisfaction. For clients who may be unable to meet during normal working hours, evening or weekend appointments can be arranged.
