Sorry to provide this score as the initial service and plans suited my small porch project. However paying for it to be taken to planning was painful to say the least and was not completed. I was unnecessarily entered into the soak away conditions which took me endless time to prove to the planning this was an error. I found emails had to be continuously chased up and we felt very abandoned. Such an expensive shame for a small project.
