Mark was recommended by my sister when he did the drawings for her garage conversion. I contracted Mark to create architectural drawings for our double-story house extension. He provided several different options for us to choose from. Mark also ensured that the proposed drawings complied with the local council's requirements and suggested revisions to optimise our potential space. Mark did a brilliant job finalising the proposal and completing the application, which he then submitted to the council. After a few months, our application was granted with no further requests for revision or restrictions.

Mark was excellent in all aspects of design, planning and coordination for our double garage conversion. The space is for my 90 year old Mother to enjoy ‘lateral living’ with a bedroom and wet room that allow both wheelchair and able bodied use. We ran into some bureaucratic issues with the planning department (not Mark’s fault) however, to his credit Mark dealt with the problem diligently and thoroughly and the matter was resolved. This was a stressful period for us but Mark’s calm reassurance helped ease the strain and as a result we now have a fantastic annexe for my elderly mother to live in. She absolutely loves it. Mark attended when he agreed to and promptly provided the plans. We had problems with the council communication but Mark went above and beyond chasing them for me and would keep me informed on progress.

Mark listened carefully to my needs and provided me with incredibly accurate and detailed drawings.
