Gary Naftel totally understood what we wanted to achieve at Guernsey Padel Club. Despite many obstacles, including numerous headaches and endless communications with the French padel court suppliers and an appeal to the States of Guernsey Planning Department regarding the incorrect classification of the canopy structure for our courts, resulting in a considerable saving to the project, Gary tackled all the issues with good grace, efficiency and humour. He went above and beyond what a 'normal' project manager' would do. We now have a padel club which is the envy of many others and one we are very proud of.

We returned to Guernsey in 2018 from the UK having purchased a property in 2014 with the idea of demolishing it and designing our own home. We were excited especially as this was our first attempt at such a project, which would be registered as class 5 for business as well as domestic use. However who to turn to? Who do we rely on to carry out this work. We didn’t know anyone or have contacts! We asked around, spoke to many friends and gradually after meeting builders and professionals we met with Gary Naftel and Laura Priaulx our Architect. With our own business to run and not enough hours in the day or proper expertise we found in Naftel Associates a person who would project manage our building with wisdom, hard work, perseverance and sensitivity to the way we thought. Gary listened to our ideas and frustrations, always making sure we paid a fair price and made sure the other disciplines worked according to the plans always using the highest quality materials. Gary worked well employing our Architect as part of the team. He always had time for us and went beyond the call of duty. We are thrilled with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Naftel Associates and wish them every success as they join with Houzz.

Lovely people, very easy to work with. Efficient. I've used them to draw up several planning applications. They always take on the work quickly, do all of the paperwork and every application has been passed. I am very appreciative.

We have experienced working with Gary and his team on various projects over the last year and very pleased with their sensible approach to design and project management. We have recently given them a commission to carry out a large residential development which should be complete by 2022 and they early scheme designs and effort being put in by all is fantastic. Having previously worked with Naftel Associates on a highly successful single property refurbishment, I awarded them a warehouse conversion project to create 5 town houses, within an existing building. They carried out the initial concept arrangement drawing to seek approval following on with the detail design and construction management, throughout the project they worked extremely hard to deliver a timely project delivering on both quality and cost. They are currently carrying out 3rd project for me. April 2020

We have used Gary and his team of surveyors and architects for many years on both residential and commercial units, and cannot speak highly enough of them. They put everything into the design, planning and construction phases of work, offering full support and guidance. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We have complete faith in their ability to perform well, even under considerable pressure. They have always shown a refreshing, honest approach to building developments. We will not hesitate to continue to use them.

Have had the pleasure of being a client of Naftel Associates on a potential new build and on a roof replacement in our hotel, le chene hotel in guernsey. In both cases hugely impressed with the know how, service and profesionality. Would most certainly recommend.
