New Space Architecture

We highly recommend New Space. At first we weren't sure about using an architect for our renovation due to this being on a fairly small scale, however their involvement has been invaluable. Their attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism allowed us to have the open plan living space we have always wanted. Their communication from the onset was excellent, which is so important when working with an architect. Their drawings are very detailed, which has been helpful during the build and in the initial stages of getting quotes. When we had a problem with our neighbours during our build, they went above and beyond to support us to resolve this, even though they completed their plans for us 2 years prior to this.

We had a fantastic experience of working with New Space Architecture. Mitch came and listened to our needs - and our best ideas - and then went away and came back with a better idea (suggested very humbly)! We're so glad he did, as we ended up with a design that works so well for us. All the New Space Architecture team were fantastic; professional, on time and with excellent communication about the project and all the stages. New Space Architecture were wonderful at working with our builders and made sure nothing fell through the gaps. We would definitely use NSA again and have already recommended to numerous friends!

Absolutely loved working with Mitch and Adam on our house remodel. The team really brought our ideas to life with their 3D drawings and we even opted to use their virtual reality service to get a feel of what the final product would feel like. We couldn't believe how lifelike everything felt! From the moment we enquired to the moment the build was finished, Mitch was on hand to answer all of our questions and reassure us throughout the entire process.

Mitch and team at New Space are a real pleasure to work with. Full of ideas and very accommodating throughout the process. Mitch drew up the plans for our rear extension, including dealing with planning, building regs and build-over agreements. The final result had some real wow-factor! When we moved on last year, the first thing we did was call New Space again!

Sometimes when you see a glossy brochure you wonder whether the business will deliver on its promises. I cannot praise New Space Architecture enough. They are professional, affable and innovative. They take you through the whole process in a clear and transparent manner. There are no surprises (apart from how clever their designs are) and we knew exactly what to expect with clear timelines and pricing. The 3D designs are amazing, in fact my husband’s first comment was, ‘is that our house?’. I love that they have the talent and vision to capture your thought processes and deliver a picture of your dream. They are a great team and I can’t recommend them enough. We are now half way through our renovation and they continue to offer support and input to ourselves and our project manager. They are such a lovely team that I have already recommended them to a number of my friends.

We were recommended New Space by a friend and they were brilliant from start to finish. We wanted another bedroom for our youngest daughter and with limited space around the house we didn't know how we could do it without moving. New Space suggested we converted our loft and came up with an incredible design which allowed us to have a new bedroom and en-suite in the loft. They made the process so simple, as well as fun and their drawings were so clear and detailed the builder was really happy.
