Paul Way Architect.

Paul Way Architect advised me on the conversion of the ground floor back extension of my mid-terrace house into a small shower room/WC and kitchen/dining area. His designs are hand drawn, which is unusual and drew the admiration of all the contractors who worked on the project. Paul found the builder, who proved to be excellent. Paul’s services included obtaining the necessary clearances (party wall, local authority, Thames Water and structural), drawing up my contract with the builder and attending at the house regularly to check progress and advise on stage payments. When the structural work started I moved out of the house (and away from London) for about 5 weeks fully confident that Paul would keep me informed and communicate immediately any issues that arose needing my decision. Paul’s knowledge, experience, good taste and eye to detail have been invaluable and I am delighted with the finished work. I really recommend him.
