Established in 2000 with 20 years of experience in the architectural & construction industry. Since 2000 we have provided professional architectural & CAD services to several Architectural practices across the South Wales region. Penrose Architectural Services is a small practice based in Blackwood, Gwent. We cover all of South Wales & Mid Wales dealing with primarily domestic projects with a large proportion of our being derived from returning clients. At Penrose Architectural Services aim to provide the client with the best advice on all aspects of extending your home . We work as the agent on your behalf if required, dealing with all the required application paperwork and liaising with the Local Authorities for your applications at the relevant Planning and Building Control approval stages We conduct the required detailed measured surveys of your property and turn this information into A1 plans drawn to scale. Every project is client lead with the brief being outlined and is tailored to your needs.
