Based in Liskeard, Cornwall with over 25 years experience Pollard Architectural provides an array of services ranging from individual building projects to large scale developments. Working throughout Cornwall and Devon, Pollard Architectural takes pride in our well established working relationships with Local Planning and Building Regulations Authorities, Highways Departments, Fire Officers, Environment Agency, English Heritage Agency and many other governing bodies who may be involved with many of today’s construction projects. The practice works on a variety of projects across Cornwall and Devon: from private houses, extensions and barn conversions to larger housing schemes and a range of commercial work, including hotels, residential homes and industrial buildings.
