We are thrilled with the designs provided by Hannah as they helped bring our vision to life. We live in a Victorian property and want to make better use of the space. The designs have given us more confidence in our ideas as well as ballpark costs for the planned work. Hannah was also great a communicating which showed through her designs as they were spot on first time round. We'd highly recommend PreArc!

PreArc were recommended to us by a friend as we were wanting to create a new staircase and opening in the hallway of our detached house….we just didn’t know what the options were, nor what to do with the current ‘boxed in’ staircase once the new staircase was installed. That’s where Hannah came in. We were immediately impressed with how she quickly grasped what we were trying to achieve, and spent time talking through the options and giving us ideas to think about. She produced 4 different staircase designs, allowing us to chose our favourite, which included a new downstairs cloakroom and an upstairs walk in wardrobe in place of the current ‘boxed in’ staircase - all suggested by Hannah. Fast forward 3 months, the building work is done, the new staircase is in, and we love all the extra storage space. The builders followed Hannah’s Architectural drawings throughout and were complimentary of how precise they were…making their job easier! We would highly recommend Hannah, she is friendly, professional and creative - and really helped to make our confused home improvement dreams a reality!
