Doesn’t return calls/emails etc. poor paperwork handed in to Planning department, missing info etc. can’t get hold of anyone to talk to- no response to messages. Waited for almost a year for work to be done and still waiting. Do not use

DONT SUPPLY TO THIS COMPANY! If you are approached to supply materials or goods to this company. I would recommend you get payment up front. We have learnt a valuable lesson, and made a considerable loss by supplying to them before receiving payment. I have made may calls, sent many reminders and emails, given them time to contact us, but they have no intention of paying us. Its an UTTER DISGRACE! I am now looking into going legal, which is the last thing I wanted to do, to be honest, but if this reviews helps someone from making the same mistake as us, then that's something.

Do not trust this company!!!! I am doing an extension and asked this company to help with the drawing and submitting plans to the council. Anita has taken my money and claimed to have done the above to no avail. They appeared professional until I transferred the money. I have sent emails and WhatsApp messages to no avail.. Tried calling 36 times, but no response other than an automated text promising to return my call. I am a pensioner and feel she has taken advantage.

Do not use! Anita Punchard is a fraud. Took £9k of my money for double glazing, never passed it on to the relevant company despite telling me she had & then refused to return the money back to me. Scam! Legal process underway to recover money.

Jamie and Phil came round to move kitchen appliances, install kitchen wall cabinets and tile the kitchen wall. They did a brilliant job and left us feeling like we had made the right choice in picking the Punchard Group to do the work. Would recommend to anyone.
