ROC haus Architecture

I am buying my first home and planning to do an extension on it so wasn't sure where to start with everything so I jumped on a call with Andrew and he was so easy to talk and communicate with. We first spoke about possibilities about my house , we both shared resourceful insights to what can be done then during the remaining of the process I was kept in the loop by Andrew and the team with a swift approval from the council. I can not recommend these guys enough , top bloke, top service! thanks again Andrew!

Sabina and team were extremely professional and helpful while navigating the multiple change requests from the local authorities. They supported us from the beginning until the conclusion of this process and consistently delivered their services in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend your services to others.

We had substantial frustration and plenty of back and forth with the planning department trying to get our extension approved we were so fed up and beginning to lose heart when we reached out to Roc Haus to see if we could get back on track and get things moving again . We spoke to someone over the phone and arranged a visit for the following week , We were greeted by Mr Sheeley who put us at ease straight away he looked at our case file and pointed out a few errors that we had made in our application then took some measurements and discussed what he could do to get us back on track . It was such a relief after all the frustration we'd had to just sit back and let a professional put the application together for us as they know the process inside out if only we'd have done it sooner !! Roc Haus were simply magnificent putting our work right and turned it round against a tight time frame we really can't thank them enough five star review is the least we can do Thankyou Roc Haus !!

Andrew provided us with fantastic customer service and advice on our house refurbishment. He took the time to detail his thoughts on our property and was extremely professional. I would recommend Roc Haus and Andrew to anyone as we really did receive a great service and were very happy with the final result.

ROC Haus successfully obtained planning permission in 2021 and then got it renewed in 2024. Many thanks to Andrew, Sabina and Karen

I highly recommend Andrew for his expertise, patience and professionalism. Andrew has freely provided excellent advice to me and I consequently did not need to engage him as the matters resolved on the basis of his valuable guidance and knowledge. Andrew grasped the issues so well and I extend my huge thanks for all the attention and time he has given me.

I had real problems trying to sell my small commercial office as an office, but with the help of ROC haus, we managed to get planning for a HMO, meaning I can now not only easily sell, but have uplifted the value of the property, so thank you very much for all your help and very happy to leave a positive review, as I am so appreciative that we got there.

When I first met Andrew I wanted a simple but specific plan .He asked Sabina to handle the job and she delivered it 100% . There were problems along the way with planning departments but Sabina came up with solutions to move the project along . I think ROC have a wide network of people they can seek help from when the brief is a little more unusual. Job well done to Sabina and all the team .

Fantastic experience with ROC haus, from the get-go. We screened a number of architects to begin with and found the level of Andrew's creativity, diligence and attention to detail a cut way above the rest. This continued through the design stage - he was always on call whenever we needed him, acted as a true advisor (with our interests / preferences front-and-centre) and made the entire process a very smooth one. This was our first construction project and we would, without doubt, use ROC haus for the next one!

Roc haus provides a high quality service. They are easy to deal with and always put the clients interests first. Sabina couldn't have done more to ensure the process of getting planning permission was as smooth as possible.

Andrew has designed our four bedroom (to be) house extension in Loughton. He’s always been lovely to chat to and deal with. To achieve planning permission for the design, Andrew used three applications to put it all together. He has expert knowledge of the subject and always very approachable. Currently working on our house right now, we are very excited to see the project come together. We can’t thank Andrew enough for all the time and attention he gave us!

I found Andrew through a social media group when I reached out looking for someone to assist with some drawing details. Andrew responded quickly, and said he could help. I couldn't believe the quality and speed of work he completed for us. I was really blown away by the whole process. I've been going round in circles with other architects trying to complete my job, so this experience was INCREDIBLE to say the least, We can now proceed with the job thanks to the professionalism shown by Andrew and his team. I thoroughly recommend Roc Haus, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Andrew. a VERY happy customer!
