Adam provided a very professional service. The project looked for an innovative solution to a difficult appraisal of alternative uses for an historic building. A creative solution was found we look forward to working with ROK in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Rok Architecture on several occasion and have always been pleasantly surprised when presented with something that has always fit my brief and gone beyond my expectations of creativity and design. From start to finish the communication with Rok has been made very easy and I have always felt like my projects really mattered to them. I know that if I have any questions no matter how big or small, they will be addressed, and I will always get a very comprehensive and knowledgeable reply. I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently asked Adam from ROK Architecture . Ltd Sunderland to visit regarding with the creation of a ground floor shower room and alteration to existing hallway. He was able to visit the following day when we discussed what my ideas were. I have no experience of planning requirements etc but was put at ease with an overview of the likely proceedures required and also the various stages for his fee proposal. Adam listened to my ideas and was able to enhance them with his own thoughts following this he sent me within a couple of days a full breakdown of his Fee Proposal a Client Guide to explain the stages and additional useful information for me to read when work is being done. This was extremely useful. The initial drawings received within a week were easy to understand and allowed me to see how the bathroom would look. Once having decided on the final design I have now received the completed drawings showing both the existing and new layout with of course full measurements for my builder to use within ten days. The builder will be calling next week to give estimates etc. I can only say that Adam is a very professional man who puts you at your easy, listens to the clients ideas enhances them and is able to offer advice in a clear and concise maner

My husband and I have been really impressed with ROK Architecture and with Adam’s attention to detail. His proposals for our kitchen and dining room extension were more than what we’d hoped for. We liked his approachable nature and his ability to explain the process to us in simple terms. We’d be more than happy to use ROK again in the future and recommend to others.
