I would like to thank Alex & team for a very professional job on our recent project which was not straight forward to say the least! This involved plans to convert a commercial property that had evolved over the last 60+ years (and become somewhat of a Tardis) into residential dwellings sympathetic to the area. We called upon the services of Turley Young to submit a retrospective planning application, to challenge a planning enforcement investigation following changes (made by us) towards the end of our original build. Having discussed at length the issues raised by planning enforcement and additional changes we wanted, Steve Turley took control of the situation and liaised fully with the council and ultimately was successful in obtaining planning approval for all the works and changes we had made and wanted. We found Steve to be very professional and capable of friendly firm advice and he kept us fully updated throughout the whole process. We wanted to completely reconfigure the ground floor of our house and partvof our upstairs. We were very impressed with the professional service we received from Turley & Young. Their questions and suggestions were very good. The drawings, right through to the Building Regulation drawings and electrical requirements, were excellent and covered every aspect of the changes.
