Urban Green Developments is a residential developer with a passion for creating stunning, environmentally responsible homes and sustainable communities. We are passionate about making the best use of previously developed land in an environmentally aware, sustainable way – hence our name. This doesn’t just mean we leave the site with more trees than we started with (although we do), 100% of our development is on brownfield sites that have previously been used for industrial, commercial or residential use. Individuality is key with home designs that are not only inspirational but also offer greater energy efficiency and incorporate renewable technologies.
