At Zub Architecture we believe that quality, bespoke architectural design not only helps to achieve client satisfaction, but also contributes to creation of more sustainable environment. At Zub Architecture we don't just simply follow clients brief - we do much more then that! We help people realise the true potential of their project and explore avenues they never considered. Our experience and legacy. Zub Architecture is a former part of an award winning Carter-Zub Building Consultancy, responsible for the design of some of the Fylde and Wyre's most publicised projects. Carter-Zub Building Consultancy has been established in 2017. After successful collaborations on variety of projects with value ranging from £50K to £3M, the businesses have separated back into Carter's Building Consultancy and Zub Architecture. Zub Architecture has been established in 2017 by Thomas Zub MCIAT

Thomas took on board all my feedback and was fantastic to work with! He took the brief and made something amazing beyond anything I had originally thought of. He has a real flare and takes ideas to another level. My view is to let him use his clear strengths and creativity, don't hold him back too much, and you will love what he can produce.

Zub Architecture has recently undertaken architectural visualisation and interior design services for our apartment block on Blackpool’s coast. The project was a great success, helping the potential buyers to visualise the space and aiding apartment off plan sales. We’ve found Thomas to be very creative and reliable.

I've worked with Thomas on two projects, both of which were my bespoke homes. The first time he helped me with architectural design and technical detail of my new built, detached house in Poulton-le-Fylde. I was very happy with the overall outcome, and hence when I've decided to upgrade to a much larger property, I went back to Zub Architecture with no hesitation. Thomas has completely re-designed the existing 80s property, converting it into a striking architectural piece that is soon to become our home. I would recommend Zub Architecture to anyone who is looking for a creative, professional architectural practice that delivers all stages of your residential project!

Thomas is an extremely professional and accommodating architect with acute attention to detail. He has worked with me on a number of projects and always delivered the highest standard of excellence. We used Thomas for our recent renovsation works. From start to finish Thomas listened to and understood what we wanted to acheive. He created something which both my husband and I loved. We were given different options on the initial meeting. We changed our mind and changed it again but nothing was too much trouble for Thomas. Thomas is extremely tallented with an eye for design. I would highly recommend him.

I have been using Zub Architecture services for many years on various size projects. Thomas has designed for us a contemporary new build development for 6x executive homes in an open countryside and most recently re-modelled elevation of a modern seafront apartment block. Thomas has always exceeded my expectations, providing great design ideas that often re-shaped the initial brief. I had the pleasure to work with Thomas Zub in a number of large scale projects for a few years. He is one of the most passionate professionals I have meet during my life: incredibly creative, high design standards, focused on perfection, highly productive and with a vast construction experience. I couldn’t recommend Thomas highly enough, as he is one of the best professionals I know!

Thomas Zub was recommended to us by another client (always a good sign!) and we are very pleased with the recommendation. We gave Thomas a vague brief and he came up with several solutions. We chose one of the designs and then he worked tirelessly and meticulously until we were happy with the final design. We will definitely ask him to be be involved in future projects.
