James brings to the table a great deal of experience in both residential and commercial arenas, although my experience has been limited to residential applications. While he is fully capable of creating an independent design vision for a project, he, more importantly, has the ability to LISTEN closely to the desires of the client and allow their own vision to help drive the process.
