Fran has been super helpful and prompt with the plans for our new store. She is very flexible and easy to work with. No changes are too much of a problem.
Fran has strong technical knowledge which has helped us avoid costly pitfalls in our design.

'When we realised we had stumbled into a building project, and - belatedly - decided that we needed the support of an architect, we breathed a huge sigh of relief on being introduced to Fran (via a personal recommendation). Fran quickly realised that we could do pretty much anything to the Georgian property we had just moved in to, but came up with ideas to suit our appetite for change and our budget. Her calm and measured approach to what we had already started, and the way in which she listened to what was important to us, and, at the same time, pushed us on a couple of options she recommended, has been invaluable. Aside from the architectural services she has provided, her help with the tendering process, as well as sourcing suppliers and materials, has also been invaluable. Her Cardiff base has never been an issue (the project was in south west London) with agreed site visits as and when required. Fran's technical (and emotional!) support throughout this project have been very much appreciated. As the house begins to take shape, we are delighted with where we have got to.'

Excellent service provided by Fran. She helped us clarify our thoughts about changes we wanted to make in our lounge, utility room and bathroom. She then went on to draw up detailed plans to meet our requirements and arranged for builders quotes and accompanied builders to our house. She then supervised the work. All in all an excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend Fran to anybody and would certainly use her again if we need other design work done.
