Easyplan Architecture

We hired this company (Kidderminster/Worcester Branch), and before the drawings were completed we halted the process due to attempting to sell the property and move. As part of the agreement we made a payment and were assured (in writing) that this could be used against the project if decided to re-start it or another project if we had one. After a period of about 9 months or so we decided to stay in our home and proceed with the project, contacted Easy Plan again, and they came back out to the house to review the project - we haven't heard a thing since, despite numerous voice-mails, texts and emails - including one to their head office whereby I was assured of a call back, still nothing came. Absolutely shocking that they simply wont return calls/emails and it seems quite clear that they don't want to do the job given the complete and utter lack of response to our calls, texts and emails, it would be nice to get that confirmed, and even nicer to get a refund of the monies paid given the circumstances. Or even better than that for them to get the job done!!

Provided a fantastic service to us when we developed our house, they did the plans and offered very good advice on planning.
