Founded in the U.K. and with worldwide influence, Odin is a design studio which has newly relocated to Houston with a proven track record. Initiated on the shop floor of the construction industry, we have over 25 years of experience in construction, working on a geographically diverse range of projects. This gives us a truly unique overview of our clients' vision, aiding in providing truly one-off luxury builds! Having previous experience with builds ranging from 1 bed apartments all the way up to 20,000ft2 villas and 40-bedroom boutique hotels. We provide a full design service, from conceptual 2D floor plans and elevations for planning submission right through to full construction documents and building permits. We use high-quality 3D modeling and real-life rendered animations to aid our clients in visualizing their projects in the design phase. Along with offering a full design service, including lighting design, Odin can specify and supply all unique and bespoke fixtures and fittings needed to finish off any development. The principal designer, Stuart Sentance’s background in construction and carpentry gives ODIN a firm belief that with efficient processes in place, we offer a full-service design package from concept to install and a sourcing facility like no other. We built our design firm around this belief, and over the last several years our methods have proven successful for our trusting clients. But we’re not solely known for our proven processes and utmost professionalism, we’re also known for creating stylish and timeless designs, tailored to our client's desire for liveable luxury. The reality is that ODIN is a little different from other design studios, having a background that comes from the shop floor of the construction industry, combined with our deep love of great design, we really care about the product. This passion forms the core trinity of ODIN design philosophy. So first, the product has to look great, that goes without saying! Second, it has to feel great, we really place ourselves into the mindset of the end-user and work through how it is used and how it feels. Finally, and this is more unique, our construction background means we really care about how the construction team will fit the product and how we can streamline and improve their workflow to make a faster, more cost-effective build.
