Bean and Bemble was founded in 2020 by Michelle Dodds, a surface pattern and print designer from Yorkshire, England. With a love for beautifully designed interiors and everyday objects, her unique style blends intricate hand drawn illustrations and a passion for clean and precise digital graphics to create bright, uplifting and modern design collections, all lovingly created in her Brighouse studio. Our mission is to inspire unique interiors and allow you to bring the joyful colour that we believe can make a house a home. All our products are handmade in the UK, sourced from suppliers who share our values for meticulous attention to detail, high quality craftsmanship and materials, and sustainable processes. We want our pieces to be treasured and last a lifetime. Michelle’s signature style combines delicately hand drawn plants, florals and animals, bold vector graphics, intricate patterns and bold colour. Many of the collections feature a similar colour palette, allowing items to feature within the same interior to create a cohesive yet eclectic look. Michelle's passion to create a beautiful yet practical family home and a love of striking products and fabulous interior design is a continual source of inspiration.
