Alternative Bathrooms

Just Avoid this company. Endless problems, and we were only getting a small WC fitted. Wrong items delivered, resulting in additional stress and costs at time of fitting, with little in way of apology, and needed multiple calls to get them to realise they had sent the wrong items out.. they eventually realised and sent replacements but that was stressful enough. . Within months, problems with rust and corrosion affecting sink, and clicker waste - and these very meant to be high quality and expensive items. Repeatedly tried to resolve issues with them, but they ignore all calls and emails, and eventually we have had to involved our credit card company - not what you expect from a supposedly high end supplier and company.

Offered competitive price but we experienced numerous problems with them. Chasing deliveries and wrong products shipped. Sales guy ordered wrong items and pictures in catalogues were not representative of what was delivered, then they refused to accept return as a box had very minor damage on, shower screen was in perfect resellable condition. I would not order anything from these guys unless you have physically seen it then ask them to include fullproduct description and code so you can double check they order the right product. Our order was £8k and they are not interested in resolving our issues.

I met James who helped me desig n the bathroom considering the limited space. He was more than helpful. James took detailed briefing on my budget found exactly the items I requested. German bathroom throughout, shape size and was more than respectful to my budget. Delivery was excellent. Never an issue. An excellent service which I would (and have) recommend to anyone looking for help with a bathroom. This was not a high street bathroom shop but came in under a similar suppliers budget. I chat praise enough. Delighted with their service.
