We had excellent service and competitive prices from Paul a year ago when we purchased items for our bathroom upgrade however I contacted him again this week as we were having an issue with one of the taps. Within 2 days we had a replacement part at no charge . This is exceptional customer service and support! We wouldn’t now buy from any other supplier. Keep up the great work !

Supplied a lovely bath shower screen for me. Product was good, but the customer service is awful. Communication from customer service very poor. They did not notify me the item had been dispatched or when the courier was coming, luckily someone was in. Wanted to return item and replace with another. Sent a detailed email requesting this. Heard nothing at all from them. Tried phoning their line. Several times at different times throughout the day and night but always got the same message that all their customer service reps are busy. Surprised that I was receiving the same message when I called at night!

I regularly install bathroom suites supplied by Bathrooms Direct and I am very impressed by them. The products that they sell are of the highest quality and a lot of thought goes into helping the customer choose the right products to enable them to get the bathroom of their dreams.

I have used Bathrooms Direct for two major refurbishments in the past 4 years. A downstairs toilet and a family bathroom I am delighted with both of them. The showroom offers lots of choice and staff there are professional, helpful and supportive. A particular strength is the high standard of finish achieved by the professionals completing the work. Exceptional in my experience. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and knowledgable which was essential in such a big purchase. Our buying experience was perfect, right from the design stage through to it being finished. We had a visit in our home and then received drawings of the proposed design. No question was too small and the way they conducted Buisness with us was outstanding. We were recommended a fitter and he is the best workman we have ever had in our home. Totally trustworthy and did a fantastic job. The quality of work was astounding. Very high standards and superb quality. We have already recommended this firm to others who have been thrilled with the outcome.

I found Bathrooms Direct professional, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. They sourced excellent fittings and had really good and constructive ideas regarding the fir and finish of my ensuite and downstairs cloakroom. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them for any future bathroom refits.

We used Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire for the conversion of a downstairs room in to a wet room showering facility and we are highly delighted with the result. From the initial free of charge, no obligation home visit and design, to completion of the project we have been thoroughly impressed by the professionalism shown. The quality of the products and the fine detail of the installation team have given us an additional bathroom of the highest quality and we would certainly ( and already have ) recommend to anyone.
