Richard came out to give us a quote to completely renovate our bathroom we had a few other quotes and this company wasn't the cheapest quote we had but we decided to go with this company after speaking to Richard as he seemed very professional to start with. We hired Richard and his workers at first we was told it would take 5 days and it took 5 weeks and it still wasn't finished properly, it actually took a 10 months. See the pictures attached that's how the bathroom was left. it ended up being messed up a lot of the work and we had to and still have work to rectify due to his lack of competence. He lied about so many things, tried to even blame people who were not even there and just constantly tried to cover his tracks. He damaged our brand new sink and asked if we could lie to the sink company and say it was already damaged which wasn't professional at all. They didn't put the sink on the wall properly which ended up falling off while I was using it, it was very lucky it wasn't my young children using the sink as it could of really caused an accident. After the sink was fixed the next day we had a leak in the ceiling which we thought was due to the sink falling off Richard sent me the plumbers number and told me to ring him and sort it myself. The plumber came out on two separate occasions and said it was nothing to do with the They didn't know why it was leaking same people who fitted this bathroom! I g us and the leak was right by our electrics and got so bad the ceiling started to crack and come down. We also previously paid a plasterer to do the ceiling before we had the bathroom done which this could of been resolved if it was fitted properly or had someone out asap to fix the problem. 5 months later and we were still waiting for someone to come out and fix the leak and the ceiling from this company who made the mess in the first place .
