After a survey of bathroom Installers ,I engaged MATTINGLY STUDIOS of SHIPLAKE Nr .Henley on Thames to rip out a tired main bathroom and cloakroom ,including remedial works to a Shower room etc ,fitted by another firm ,now defunct. MATTINGLY STUDIOs carried out the work with attention to detail achieving a high standard of finish and what is more ,consideration for the surroundings. The job was completed on time with minimal disruption.. It is a family firm that I would have no hesitation in recommending for their skills and dedication to provide a FIVE STAR job.

Our original brief to Mattingly Studio was for a Zebra themed cloakroom. Laurence produced a fantastic detailed rendered design that helped us choose the right materials to produce the finish we were looking for. The hand built vanity unit allowed best use of the space and provided some additional storage. Overall we are thrilled with the finished project along with the other two bathrooms that Laurence created for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mattingly Studio!

Laurence Mattingly transformed our bathroom by introducing latest technology and advanced plumbing/electrics. His design ideas have worked perfectly for us, resulting in an imaginative and highly functional shower room replacing the small and basic bathroom in our 200+-years-old cottage. The job was started on 11th February 2019 and took six weeks to complete; essential parts were delayed in transit from Spain, and other unforeseen factors were surmounted quickly and efficiently. The original budget was adhered to, any over-run being down to the a/m unforeseen factors (RCD/fuseboard and hot water tank, both over 30 years old, needing replacement).

Laurence's team turned an obtrusive and quite ugly cupboard space into a modern and highly original ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and shelves. The ensuite has tiled internal walls and frosted glass outer walls. The attention to detail is outstanding, as was the team's ability to resolve problems created by the age of the house and by the mix of old and very modern materials.

Did a fantastic job fitting out my bathroom, I provided a design which required a lot of attention to details, such as exact setting out of stone tiles, or forming bespoke detailing, and Laurence did a great job providing a beautiful bathroom

Laurence initially provided us with several plans and 3D images of our large new proposed bathroom to peruse and having chosen one, his small dedicated team then delivered the plan to perfection. Nothing was overlooked and we were always kept in the picture of any deviations that invariably occur on a project of this magnitude. In summary we received a first class project delivered by a first class team within budget. Highly recommended.

MattinglySTUDIO has done two domestic bathroom jobs for us. Both were delivered on time and to budget. Key features of the experience were the creative solution of design issues at the start and the quality of the finish at the end. Laurence Mattingly is a stickler for detail, who loves the quality of what he produces but also listens to the client and delivers what they want. The results in both cases for us were attractive functional bathroom spaces which work consistently, and are enjoyed by our whole family. Our experience of after sales service has also been consistently positive, with quick responses to things which, through no fault of the original design and implementation, have occasionally gone wrong.

MattingleyStudio went out of their way to understand and fix and then explain to me very clearly a longstanding plumbing issue in my 400 year old house. Whilst I believe the studios main work involves making bathrooms look incredible the level of plumbing skill shown was outstanding. Genuine, honest and brilliant at what they do. Thankyou!

Complete bathroom renewal. Very good professional job from start to finish. Liked detailed estimate and practical advice during planning phase. Implementation was very thorough and everything finished to a very good standard. Job completed in an acceptable timescale and final account was in line with the estimate.
