Our bathroom refit is of the very highest quality and workmanship, great process with easy decision-making. It was so helpful that Justin provided options for the various choices that I could review and select in the evening, rather than have to take time off work to go and source the various fittings. He also made helpful suggestions about improvements outside of the core work but didn't push on those that we didn't want to do. The care taken over ensuring that everything was properly set up before starting to install the new bathroom was very high, and the quality of finish on the final room is incredible! Feels very luxurious and a pleasure to use. The brief to get my teenagers out of my ensuite was thoroughly met and now we're quite jealous of the bathroom they get to enjoy every day!

It took us a while to find someone to refurb the bathroom and downstairs cloakroom that we felt comfortable with and had confidence in. From the off Justin was incredibly professional, personable, and a great advisor on all aspects of the work. He put a lot of effort into coming up with the different designs and we went through a few iterations to make sure it was right. He provided the expertise and technical knowledge that we were looking for. I find it frustrating when I’m told ‘it’s your choice, it’s your house, you’ve got to live with it’. So I’m glad that Justin gave his opinion on how things could be done better. Communication was great and the use of Dropbox was really helpful in sharing documents and ideas. He helped save a significant amount on money when i had tunnel vision with the tiles i wanted. We’ve ended with a much better design as a result. Justin treated us and our house with respect. He even let our indecisive cats in and out of the house repeatedly! He managed the whole project end to end. The finished rooms are just stunning and look very high end and luxury. I feel like I’m in a hotel when i use them. We wholeheartedly recommend Justin and his company.

Complete bathroom remodel We are absolutely over the moon with our new bathroom that Justin designed and installed in December 2024. From our first meeting Justin helped us envision our new space and created a layout we had not considered. With his expertise and patience we chose each product to match our tastes and preferred colours. Using Dropbox was really useful and a quick way of making decisions. No question was left unanswered and communication was brilliant. We felt more than comfortable having Justin in our home whilst we were out at work and every where was left clean and tidy each day. The quality and finish of our bathroom feels like a luxury hotel and we still can’t believe this is our bathroom. Every little detail was considered and every box ticked. Trying to find someone to do your bathroom is a pain. Either people don't get back to you, or ask you to go and choose and buy everything yourself for them to fit. Which would be fine if you a) have the time, and b) know what you're looking for and what will work in your space. Having no idea about what would work and no time (or inclination) to traipse around bathroom shops, and being frankly bamboozled by the catalogues, we were relieved when Omega Developments offered to do all that for us. The whole process was as painless as having a bathroom redone could be. Justin was helpful in his advice about what he thought would work, and happy to work with what we preferred. He got back to us quickly when we contacted him, was reliable and polite, and very respectful in our home. He kept us up to date about what was going on, and was always there when he said he would be. They managed the entire thing, and we are very glad they did that for us. Our bathroom also looks great now, and is a vast improvement on what was there before!

Justin has worked in nearly every room of my home in some capacity, kitchen, bathrooms and the latest project a stunning media wall and living room transformation. I have complete trust in his process from concept to design and delivery and I trust him as a person, he is the only ever person to have keys to my house. The 2 largest projects are kitchen and living room designs, the kitchen is amazing, the best I have ever seen and I own it which amazes me every day, if you want something better than the norm give Justin a call.

Bathroom : Concept to completion describes our experience with Omega and Justin. True to their values and philosophy being family/customer facing, professional, meticulous, hard working, punctual, respectful, attentive, listened and advised, visionary and accommodating, and for me never imposing nor rushing our decisions. Justin responded to my enquiry by return and from that initial call and then meeting I knew I wanted to appoint Omega so just needed the design which when we met again was spot on and far better than I had contemplated. We asked for a quote for our ensuite, and were attracted to the concept-to-completion all-in package. Justin was very helpful, friendly, and guided us through many choices, patiently offering alternatives when we couldn't decide certain details, even while the work was ongoing. Everything came in on time and on budget and finished to a high standard, and we are very happy with the final room. We would highly recommend and happily use again for any future work.

Omega is thoroughly recommended. They demonstrate high standards of technical expertise, alongside reliability and professionalism, paying attention to all kinds of detail to deliver a great finish. They know their stuff! They brought a contemporary feel to a tired old bathroom, sorting out some very quirky pipework and finding answers to many idiosyncrasies along the way.

Firstly, I have used Justin in the past to complete my bathroom project and could not rate this previous work on my house highly enough. At that time they only undertook bathroom related work. I contacted Justin last year to see if he would consider taking on a large kitchen project as I trusted and knew his work and thankfully, he took on the project. I gave Justin the provisional design I had drafted for the kitchen, he took this away and came back with a full computerised representation of the kitchen, he provided me with samples and materials to make informed decisions and made some of my more elaborate expectations a reality. One of Justins particular design skills is in the field of technology. If you are willing to trust the possibilities the outcomes can be outstanding and having expanded my original project from the kitchen to other areas of the house, I can confidently say I have a fully functioning automated SMART home, lights, CCTV, alarm and even the shower being voice activated. I cannot speak highly enough of Justin and Dans levels of customer service and integrity and have already recommended them to friends and family. I can say with confidence I have one of the best kitchens I have ever seen in and it is hard to believe I own it !!!
