Investstroy Ltd. was founded in Bulgaria in 1991, by Zdravko Shehov. In 1991 Bulgaria became a Parliamentary Republic with a new Constitution that provided a broad range of reforms and freedoms facilitating Mr Shehov, with five employees, to start one of the first construction companies in the state of Smolyan. Just 1 year later the company started working under its own brand name ParadiseHome. Within the next few years, ParadiseHome expanded to 50 employees, growing into the well respected and reliable company it is today. Hundreds of happy customers and completed projects, including housing, apartment buildings, lofts & extensions, government institutions, WPP premises, are all testimony to the confidence in the company. Following the innovations of the Bulgarian building community, ParadiseHome joined the Bulgarian Construction Chamber. Being a member of BCC adds further guarantees for customers of the company’s work ethic, standards and quality management. As a member, ParadiseHome has been successful in applying for a growing number (50) of Government procurements.
