About Us

Shammi Heera leads Visp Bathrooms with over 15 years in the industry. He takes pride in completely renovating bathrooms and reviving them to the modern-day. From design through to the supply and installation, Visp Bathrooms provides a full service, putting you in the driver's seat from the very beginning. Every decision is made with each unique client in mind. Whether is he in the drawing-room, onsite or attending international events, Shammi is passionate when it comes to current industry trends. He specialises in particular in innovative as well as classic materials from wood to marble, and lighting solutions that create adaptable moods for any occasion. Shammi brings his inspiration and experience to each project creating a creative and exciting process for his customers. Whether you need a bathroom, a wetroom, steam room or sauna - Shammi can help. The only thing he doesn't have direct experience (yet) is building a full home from scratch. He has frequently project managed house extensions & full home renovations from start to finish for existing and returning clients, enabling his customers to continue working with a professional they trust. Bathrooms are generally the first step for his customers but do not hesitate to contact Shammi if you have a larger project in mind and your bathroom is just a part of the bigger picture. Serving Hertfordshire, Visp Bathrooms, have been known to work further from home in surrounding counties but specialise in areas such as Hertford, Buntingford, St Albans, Woodford, Cockfosters, & Hadley Wood.

VISP Bathrooms recently planned and fitted an ensuite and a main bathroom at our house in Hertford. The level of service was absolutely outstanding from the early planning stages right up to the fitting and finishing. I was particularly impressed with the way that the bathrooms were planned - using their expertise and vast experience, VISP designed both bathrooms with an amazing contemporary feel that just look amazing. In addition, the fittings that they recommend are of exceptional quality standards. The guys who perform the fittings are friendly, highly experienced and very respectful of your home environment - nothing is too much trouble and they really go out of their way to please the customer. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Was a pleasure working with Visp Bathrooms when we were installing a new en-suite. The obvious knowledge, experience and advice we received were invaluable. Sham understood exactly what we were looking for and ensured all the products we purchased were right for us. Nothing was too much trouble and we never felt pressurised to purchase more expensive items. Thanks for everything you provided us with and all your help, advice and support - brilliant result !!

Shammi at Visp Bathrooms designed and installed the perfect bathroom in our non-standard timber framed cottage. He spent time taking us through the design phase, developing our ideas to give us a perfect modern bathroom. The range of wall and floor tiles complimented perfectly our Avila Dos bathroom cabinet, with plenty of storage space, and a Creavit toilet/bidet, both of which Shammi sourced. The bright practical lighting is adaptable to suit moods and energy levels. We were away for some of the time and Shammi kept us informed with short videos of the ongoing installation, which we found helpful and reassuring. We love our bathroom, it fits our needs and is practical and durable. Three years on the bathroom is still looking good.

Where do I start? We were let down by a cowboy builder and luckily Shammi at VISP was able to step in and turn our nightmare bathroom into my favourite room in the house! He managed to come round quickly and sort out the urgent issues we had so we were not left without a working bathroom. He then took the time to sit down and talk through the ideas we had and how we could achieve it within our budget. We have quite a small bathroom and Shammi came up with some great ideas on how to utilise the space and also adding in some extra features such as recesses with some lighting for a nice finishing touch. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone with a keen eye for detail and enthusiastic about providing us not only with a bathroom which looks amazing but one which is finished with a high standard. Will certainly be recommending VISP to family and friends for their next projects!

We thoroughly recommend Visp bathrooms, having used them for several projects in our house, which required major modernisation. Shammi has re-designed and fitted out 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom for us, always offering some great design/layout advice, using great materials, and leaving a very professional finish to his work. We have recommended him to friends who are also very pleased with his work. He is very thoughtful around any disruption in the house, and flexible in his approach to working around kids, pets etc! His attention to detail is excellent and he always leaves the place spotless when he leaves! Thoroughly recommended, and we would have no hesitation in using and recommending Visp again.

An absolute fantastic job by Visp Bathrooms from start to finish the project ran smoothly , any small issue I was consulted on and advised accordingly. Resulting in a beautiful en-suite shower room .Could not fault the team and felt confident with there knowledge and expertise. Visp team worked in my home along with my young family with zero disruption PERFECT JOB !!!

Originally planned to replace magnolia fixtures and half tile cloakroom, ensuite and bathroom. Inspiration from Shammi has given us modern, high spec, well designed rooms we enjoy each time we use them. Beautifully tiled, lit, designed with a feeling of space and luxury. High spec fixtures and fittings really add to overall result. Three Toto's capped it all!

Visp Bathrooms have completed several projects for us over the past 8 years. We have been delighted with the results every time and have received many compliments on them. Each project has been different and Shami's designs are always innovative and practical with a real "Wow" factor. The Visp team are highly professional, polite and have excellent attention to detail which always produces a stunning finished product. Some of the projects Visp have undertaken for us include: renovation of a poolhouse including two bathrooms, kitchen, and sitting room; renovation of an old farm building and tack room into a modern cinema room with central heating system and bathroom; 4 bathrooms at our current property including a stunning marble bathroom with bespoke shower and rolltop bath; 3 bathrooms in our previous house. I would thoroughly recommend Visp bathrooms for an exceptional quality bathroom!

Visa Bathrooms have just completed an amazing job on our two bathrooms and we couldn't be happier!! We spent a long time choosing a company to do this for us as the house is 15th century with very uneven walls and floors and we wanted to be 100% certain that whoever we chose could handle the job, and Visp didn't disappoint. From day 1 it was clear that Shammi was an absolute perfectionist and his attention to detail and creativity blew us away, there were several surprises along the way that our house threw up including mystery pipes and a challenging hot water system but everything was handled perfectly and even though it wasn't part of the actual job, Shammi had a completely new pressurised hot water system installed for us in 48 hours! We also threw challenges like new lighting, moving toilet locations, completely new pipework, decorating and even installing a Nest thermostat at them during the project, all were taken in their stride. The end results are stunning, we absolutely love the finished rooms, the fantastic Cumbrian slate in the master shower is fabulous and the Graff Taps were 100% the right choice, love it!! But I think the biggest compliment we can pay them is that we miss having them in the house, they were by far the most professional and fun people we have had working here, heres to the next project Shammi.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Shammi and his team. Shammi’s approach to problem solving and his imaginative and tasteful design sense has delivered a superb end product for us - to such an extent that we then got them back a few months later to fit out a second bathroom for us, again with consistently excellent results.

We had 3 bathrooms fitted out at the same time which was very well organised and co ordinated. The fitter Lee was exceptional and his quality of work and communication made the project a great success. We would have no hesitation in recommending Shami to anyone

Commented: Shower fit in between walls 1200mmHi, I hope this helps. My customer also did not want a slider on a 1200mm shower tray so we suggested this layout and they were extremely happy.
