About Us

The Decorcafe Network is a collaborative community of Creative Home Businesses. Business membership is open to people who have or are thinking about starting up an independent business within one of our four pillars: Interiors, Gardens, Lifestyle & Home Business. Members enjoy the ongoing inspiration and support that they would enjoy if they worked for a larger organisation from marketing and training to belonging to a community of like-minded people with opportunities to connect, learn and share ideas. Our exclusive home tours and events get you behind the scenes with people you would like to meet. The 5 Key Benefits of Business Membership are: 1. Connections. Members make valuable connections at our social networking events and through our digital platforms – from new suppliers, to business partners and potential clients. 2. Continuous Development. We support our members with regular bite-size training, currently delivered online and when possible, in SW London, Surrey, Sussex and, soon, Kent. 3. Collaboration. Nothing is quite as powerful as the word of mouth of a closely aligned network. Members have the opportunity to reach a wider home loving audience through inclusion in our experts pages, shop and online magazine* 4. Creativity. Our events (usually face to face & currently online) enable members to have time out to think about their business, bounce ideas and fuel creativity. 5. Community. Belonging to a real, like-minded, inspiring and supportive community is a highly valued aspect of membership. Membership costs £20 plus VAT per month. * Inclusion in our expert pages, shop and features, is dependent on experience and suitability. To retain the creative quality and collaborative ethos of our community we have a short application process, including an initial interview and the opportunity to attend one of our inspiring and helpful events. We value individual, original creativity are not open to network marketing organisations. We are an inclusive community, actively seeking out the diversity that sparks creativity. I joined Decorcafe nearly 5 years ago, initially as a way to meet like minded professionals, and to gain interior design inspiration. 4 years ago I decided to change career, and trained as an Interior Designer at KLC. Throughout my one year course, and during period when I set up my own Interiors business I have found the Decorcafe network really supportive, very inspirational, and at a practical level great for sharing information, and sourcing suppliers across a range of specialisms. Debbie is a natural at bringing people together, knowing just where and when people will work effectively in partnership. Professionally the Decorcafe network is excellent, and really collaborative, but it is also great fun and I have made some good friends at the various events and functions over the years.

I had the pleasure to meet Debbie in early 2019. Debbie is wonderfully collaborative and creative. She has been genuinely helpful and active in connecting us with many like-minded creatives in the interior design world with an interest in sustainability, which has been a real boost to our business.
