Totally unreliable. They never turned up when they said they would and it was installed around a month later than promised. It should not be stressful dealing with any company, let alone one who pretends to provide a premium service.

Excellent experience from start (walking into the shop in Bristol) to end. Communication has been excellent throughout and they even managed to make it to the house to finished the fitting in the snow! As well as the service, also very happy with the product. Solid, smooth and has a quality feel. We have quite a high ceiling and the wardrobes are fitted floor to ceiling without being split into two levels (something others wardrobe companies we talked to couldn’t do). Thank you Lizzie, would highly recommend.

Very professional team, knowledgeable of the products and how they suit needs, great finished quality, made to deadline and within budget. We will use them again. To build a fitted wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, Lizzie and her team worked really well, both throughout the consultation and the construction processes. They were very flexible around ours needs, and very accommodating with their schedule around the busy pre-Christmas period. The different design alternatives were clearly presented and priced, and Lizzie´s replies were always swift and complete. Great service and communications, and very personable team.

Lizzie and her team were exceptional, we had a difficult job and I am very picky. Lizzie and her team helped us deign a custom installation. The attention to detail and customer service was brilliant. On top of that the team were great to work with, always jolly, on time and very professional. Highly recommended.

We were a bit stumped for storage solutions having moved from a large farmhouse with fitted wardrobes to a much smaller house with no clothes hanging space. Had not considered sliding doors until we stumbled across Infiniti shop front. Following a site visit we realised that we could utilise a complete wall in our bedroom with hanging space and draws neatly hidden away. We are very happy with end product and surprised how much storage space we now have.

We are return customers after having wardrobes fitted in our bedroom previously that we are very pleased with. We had a further set of wardrobes fitted in our second bedroom and we are equally impressed with the wonderful quality and amazing service. Lizzie made us feel like a priority and was incredibly time efficient given our slight time constraint

Infiniti were recommended to us, we endorse that recommendation. Infiniti engaged with us to ascertain our needs in creating a walk in ward robe with fittings. Prepared visuals that looked just like the finished product. They did all they said they would, on time and with courtesy.

Infiniti designed and installed storage facilities for the walk-in wardrobe, and two cupboards in my new apartment. I haven't moved in yet, so my user exoerience is slight, but I have every confidence that they will work as well as they look.

Lizzie and her team did a fantastic job with our walk in wardrobe. Lizzie was very helpful in advising on the design to fit our space and requirements. The fitters were excellent and left the room tidy at the end of each day. We now have much better use of the available space and are very happy. Would definitely recommend Infiniti2.

From the day my wife and I stumbled upon Infiniti2’s showroom, the whole journey has been a joy. The initial discussions and home visit were clear, precise and reassuring. We were kept informed along the journey to the point of delivery and installation. The installation was a whole new experience for us as the two man team worked nonstop each day, creating the finest quality wardrobes with no mess, fuss or hassle. These guys were awesome..! Infiniti2 and Lizzie and Lizzie have been brilliant. They worked around my timings to get measurements done. Were happy to fiddle with designs and provided really helpful advice and steering. The wardrobe is beautiful and gives us just what we need! The fitters were totally professional. Job done in 3 days. Tidied up after themselves and removed all waste. Highly recommended.

We had no storage in our new flat. Lizzie came straight away and drew up plans and redrew plans again and again with kindness and patience. She had plenty of ideas but I had my own too and these were respected. A month later we now have beautiful wardrobes and cupboards. The fitters were punctual, efficient and tidy; a good job = we are well pleased.
