Requested two internal doors be fitted particularly quickly, they were happy to oblige in fact turned up next day. I requested two pre-painted standard doors and although their approximate quote was £300.00 I agreed to pay £350.00. in view of the urgency requested. Ended up with two doors in primer admittedly on hinges in the door frames. in one of them the door had been excessively reduced in size, with a 3 to 8mm gap on the hinge side, the door frame split by the hinge screws and s 10mm gap between the door and the frame all the way round when closed. Two and a half weeks later although the owner said he would come and 'fix' al this nothing has happened. I am sure this could well be an isolated case but since I paid the total amount and requested a credit for the half price doors fitted again verbally agreed but no actual action. A great shame since the presumed owner seemed a particularly pleasant person to speak to.

Paul gave us a brilliant set of plans for our extension We were confident he would do a fantastic job And we accepted his quote Unfortunately he didn’t deliver …. he promised us our work would be completed in 12 weeks We are now 12 months down the line and have had to employ another builder to finish off the job after chasing him time and time again with every excuse imaginable as to why he couldn’t complete the job Paul has lied to us consistently over the last 12 months Do not touch him with a barge pole He is not reliable

The work was completed on time.
The customer fails to mention that the whole of the first floor need rewiring and pluming back to the street. The existing wiring was in a dangerous condition. I only charged for materials. both on the rewire and total replumbing as it would have held up my work.
I also fitted a new Howdens kitchen for free, A two-week delay. we also replastered the



existing kitchen area, this was done at cost as we already had a plasterer on site.
The customer is annoyed due to the fact he had a consumer unit moved. This had nothing to do with me. The customer failed to ask the electrician for the paperwork at the time, he is of the opinion, I should sort this out.

I never have complaints, so felt the need to reply. the photos are of ongoing work.
I don't normally photo my work. The photo of showing the conservatory was demolished
to make way for a larger extension. The price quoted for the work was £36,000.

Paul did various work over a number of years. Rather than list his expertise, can l just say me and family would not ask another person to do any work other that Paul
