Therefore when running a team I can ensure the highest of quality is achieved I have significant expertise of 25 years’ experience, our clients are always repeat customers from the trust and service we offer We cover a retail commercial side of the business & a domestic side Strategy Understanding exactly what it is you need or what you are trying to achieve is as important as executing the brief. I help new idea’s or refresh the old. Will draw and sketch, or maybe you know what you need and we can manufacture or build on site Design I will take your idea's / designs, and make them reality. Starting with a detail survey if required and 3d model and issue you the drawings development drawings for manufacture. Installation The level of installation and people involved to finally execute the project is paramount When your producing high end Joinery / Electrical or Plumbing works there is no room for error Roca Designs have the expertise, proficiency and techniques to make sure every project we start ends with the clients expectations General Services - Domestic Joinery - From fully bespoke retail commercial sites to the domestic side of hand made kitchens to bathrooms to outside furniture, to full department store installations. We also offer Garage Conversions to full house renovations. Plumbing - I cover anything from full central heating systems to general plumbing works. Electrical - I cover all aspects from re-wires to periodic inspections. You may require a fault finding problem or a Landlord report.
