Axwoven goes further for their customers with the ability to produce a bespoke rug or carpet from custom designs. We have an inhouse designer with over 30 years experience designing carpets and rugs. We are able to design and weave carpet to customer requirements. This may include club or business logo’s, emblems or motifs,etc, within a design. We weave 27”, 36”, 54" and 12ft wide carpet on our traditional gripper axminster looms, which is then seamed to make the rug or room size required. A CAD design can be produced or e-mailed, so the customer will see an image of how the finished carpet will look. Usually a maximum of 8 colours [ 8 frames ] are used within a design, but these can be of the customers choice, and dyed for the special order. The quality of the carpet is woven to suit the installation, and the typical wear expected. We can produce various pile heights and density, using an 80% wool yarn.
