I thought i will have to change my capert but Thomas did a great job, he was so efficient and professional and came at the right time when i needed him most .Im pleased with his job and i will recommend him ,no doubt i will use him again.

I had a spill On brand new carpet in the living Room I called thomas Carpets and they was out the same day Grat job so while he was here I asked if he could do the rest of the house I would recommend and i would only call thomas from now on Thank you

Craig did an excellent job of cleaning my sofa, i couldn't believe the difference :) my lounge smells much fresher and i couldnt believe the amount of dirt in the water! He was polite, professional, arrived on time. I would highly recommend him and i have now booked in for our office carpets to be cleaned too!
