Dreadful customer service. Blackout blind had stitch holes so bad, that the sun shone through completely. Unable to use and blinds direct refuse to do anything about it. Definitely would not use them again

Horrible people and disgraceful service. The blinds we ordered arrived weeks late. And, even worse, were the wrong size. Blinds Direct initially refused to allow them to be returned. After weeks of arguing they refunded the money, but forced us to pay for the blinds' returns. So we're £15 down and months without any blinds because Blinds Direct are toerags. Please avoid them at all costs

Do not use this company!! Terrible blinds, 8 months after fitting one of the blinds fell down, the whole frame had fallen apart & narrowly missed hitting my 6 month old. I’ve spoke to various people at blinds direct, one who asked if I was having trouble fitting them so obviously did not read my emails!! Been advised they cannot or should I say won’t do anything & are now trying to blame my fitter! God forbid what would have happened if my daughter was in her bouncer when this happened, customer service is terrible, they do not care. Do not order from these awful people!! They are terribly manufactured blinds & unsafe.
