They offer the whole package, right from speaking to Gemma with my initial query, through to Howard installing the blinds. The blinds are linked to Alexa, keep the room bright even with the blinds down and are just perfect for our needs. Cant fault the service from the entire team. We will be back to order more when the orangery has been completed

We used the Electric Blind Company previously to fit a QMotion blackout blind for our bedroom. This was one of the the newer Zigbee blinds. Installation was very neat and efficiently done, and the blind works flawlessly - and looks fantastic. We have it linked to our Loxone home automation system so the blind automatically opens and closes. We've recently had a second blind installed in our office from the Electric Blind Company (again, a QMotion blind) and the service has again been superb. The measurement & fitting is precise as expected and we've been very happy with all aspects of the service we have received.

We ordered our blinds from The Electric Blind Company and whether it's the great advice from Chris, regular and clear communication from Gemma, or great fitting from Simon, the experience has been prefect. This company is based in Hampshire, and we are in London. We had our blinds installed just before Christmas, and unfortunately had a small issue the following day. Chris and the team were straight on the phone to me trying to help me sort it out remotely. When this failed, Simon turned up the following day in person to sort it out for me! Thanks so much to the whole team - we love our blinds!

Fantastic service and product. Information always prompt, accurate and detailed, Staff were all punctual, polite and respectful of the room they were working ion. Cleaned up after themselves and the installation went smoothly. Most of all the blinds (a vertical one for a set of patio doors and a horizontal one for a skylight) work beautifully.
