I am very late writing this review but must share our wonderful experience with Garden Affairs! They installed our lovely new log cabin in September 2021 and the service we experienced from placing the order through to completion was first class. Thank you Garden Affairs Team for looking after us, explaining the process, and providing us with our much-loved and much-admired garden room ( our ‘pub’ !) but officially also my office. We chose for them to install and do the first fix electrics and the wooden base. We enjoyed painting the cabin ourselves and our electrician installed the second fix electrics including a nifty heater controlled with an app- the cabin stays warm even in the cold weather. When we had a tiny bit of rain creep in the side after a horrible storm, Garden Affairs immediately arranged for a visit , and in a jiffy a new window seal was fitted . No probs since then. We are honestly so impressed with the service - you don’t get many companies these days that are this attentive and good at communicating. Top marks and thank you again.

Fabulous help designing and great advice, still going strong after 10 years, but moving, so about to order a new one for our new home. We chose to erect it our selves very easy, great service from plan to delivery.

We chose Garden Affairs to build our craft studios as we expect excellence. We were not disappointed. In fact, we are extremely satisfied! The design was drawn up to suit our needs. The installation team was simply superb, and the courtesy, efficiency and professionalism of all the staff who dealt with the installation was outstanding. We shall be recommending Garden Affairs to anyone who gets to see our garden, as it’s been transformed into a wonderful space where we can work and enjoy our crafts, thanks to the Garden Affairs Team! A quality build!

I keep meaning to write a review so here it goes. Garden affairs supplied and installed a 2.5 x 3.5 log cabin for us 6 years ago and I can honestly say it is as good as the day it was delivered. Excellent efficient delivery and assembly all done in a day and a robust unit we use as an office and has been my son's den. It was protected on delivery, which was a good decision, and i have painted it twice looks good as new, doors and hinges all no problem. Really pleased we paid that bit more as a quality product, thanks you.

Garden Affairs supplied and installed a "Posh Shed" for me. The shed is excellent\ and the service from Garden Affairs was first class. The double doors to my shed were found to be not the correct size, Garden Affairs were first class in rectifying the problem and had the replacement doors manufactured, delivered and installed in record time.

I never write reviews but having had the best service, the best Garden room ('one bedroom apartment' it has been called), I could not not share my experience. From the first call to nervously enquire if it was at all possible to have a shed to fit an already existing concrete base (long story), to having one designed, to having it delivered on time and expertly installed, I have been so impressed and reassured every step of the way. I cannot recommend Garden Affairs highly enough. Just a shame I don't have a bigger garden for another 'one bedroom apartment'!

I really highly recommend this company. They are professional, friendly, efficient and good value. And the shed is wonderful, well-built with all the mod cons.

As a Director with Kier i know sound construction when i see it. The team at Garden affairs erected my garden building 5 years ago and it is in the same condition now as it was then. By now i might have expected some signs of deterioration and with less quality elements and care put into the actual build I know this would have been the case. Reviews immediately after the build are of course important but i like to make a habit of providing reviews after a reasonable period of time as this is when the faults usually become apparent. I have every confidence in their product.

Garden Affairs supplied and installed a 3 x 2m garden office for me. The service was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. My timescales were tight - I needed to have the office delivered and installed before other building works started and Garden Affairs ensured the installation team were onsite straight after delivery. The delivery driver was great and rang the night before the delivery date to confirm a 30 minute time slot and ensured he parked without affecting our neighbours. The installation team were friendly, efficient and incredibly tidy - when they had finished you couldn't tell they'd been there! Overall a very friendly and professional service.

The Garden Office supplied by Garden Affairs has surpassed expectation! The service we received was professional and friendly. The company were only too happy to help me design the perfect garden office for my needs. I can't recommend these offices highly enough and I am the envy of all visitors.

when we purchased our summer house 10 years ago we did so with lots of research, Jessica came out best.We paid to have it erected by your team, money well spent , the doors still open and close as they should and no leaks.Now 10 years on a door lock refused to work,i could not find a matching item so in desperation i rang Richard and explained the problem, no problem he says i will send you a replacement. Thankyou, how much do i owe you? nothing was the reply it arrived first post next day. Now, that to me is above and beyond what you expect .Two of my fiends have purchased from you and have been delighted with the product and sevice . Thanks again Don Gipson

We are delighted with the modified Daisy Cabin that Garden Affairs designed, supplied and built in our Buckinghamshire home. Our plot had many challenges - steep slopes from road to site, heavy clay and flint soil, and poor access, but despite this and unremitting rain, the team maintained a cheerful disposition, and worked hard to compete the project quickly and professionally. From design on it was clear that complete customer satisfaction was the primary concern for all at Garden Affairs. Not only were we fully involved in every decision, but the team also made helpful suggestions as to how we might improve the project overall. The team was a refection of the quality of the product both in material and construction, and we would strongly recommend Garden Affairs to any one considering such a project.
