I had asked this builder to re point my house and maybe put in a lintel above my window. He talked himself out of re-pointing but agreed to install a lintel. After the job was done and paid for, I noticed the window was damaged and the window wouldn't lock properly as the mechanism was damaged. He agreed to repair / replace the window but never did. I chased him for years but he kept making promises to fix it but in my opinion he never intended to fix the damage his company had done. The work done was of a substandard quality and I have paid more money to get the window repaired as my house was no longer secure. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the work and would not recommend them.
