Design We’ll visit your home to take more measurements and assess the plumbing, electrics and energy efficiency of your property. You’ll have 3 sessions with your dedicated designer. You’ll receive a 3D model of your new room(s) and be guided through our customisable looks as a starting point for your own design. Once you’ve decided on your design, we’ll take care of ordering and delivering materials straight to your door. Our close relationships with suppliers mean you get great prices and materials arrive on time. Build You’ll be matched with a Beams contractor who meets our exacting standards and has the right expertise for your particular renovation. We’ll protect your home before demolitions begin and schedule deliveries in batches to minimise disruption. You’ll receive notifications on the completion of each build milestone via your project dashboard so you’re in the loop every step of the way. And at the end of your build, we’ll quality check the work and will only sign off when you’re happy. Plan You’ll start with a video call with your planner to discuss the details of your project. On the call, your planner will ask you to show them around the room(s) you’re renovating so they can take measurements. After that, you’ll receive your Project Proposal.
