So we were recommended BNS by a family member and looked at a few different builders for our whole house renovations, new roof, new windows, new doors, extension, new wiring, new plumbing, x 3 new bathrooms, basically a new house. The first time meeting Ben and talked to him in-depth, we just knew he was the right person for the job, might not have been the cheapest quote however we have no regrets. His knowledge & experience just shines through and even throughout the project, he was constantly giving us ideas and suggestions that we just never thought about, as this was the first time we had undertaken such a big project. His communication is brilliant, he set up a WhatsApp group prior to the work starting with his foreman who will be onsite all the time. The whole team working out at our place have been fantastic, always double checking with us that we are happy with what they have been doing, double checking simple things like the wall sockets are where we want them etc and they arrive on time every day and clean up at the end of the day. You hear stories about builders not turning up and going on other sites, not with BNS, who were at the house every day until the project was completed. As mentioned above, first time we had done anything like this so Ben was good at making sure we had stuff planned & ordered to ensure no delays in the job. I have already recommended BNS to some friends and family. Keep up with the great work BNS!

We use BNS for a double side extension and after x2 nightmare previous building projects finding Ben was a godsend. Putting aside the quality of his work and his team’s professionalism it really is Ben and his wife Sophie that make them stand out from the crowd . Nothing was ever to much trouble and Ben has the patience of an angle . If I ever had a question or needed something looking at regardless how big or small he was always at the end of the phone and if needed, himself and member of his team would be there when ever that appointment was made on time to the minute to ensure our worries were catered for. BNS Construction completed a full refurb of my 5 bed house with 4 bathrooms with open plan downstairs. There we’re recommend to me through a family member who also had work completed by BNS. I am so pleased with the overall finish of the project and the fine craftsmanship. BNS worked closely with my interior designer throughout the project to ensure that the finalisation was completed on time to the spec that I had asked for. We had the pleasure of working with Ben and his team for the renovation of our 3 bedroom house (New driveway, new porch, two chimney removals, entire house re-wired and plastered, new radiators fitted, internal/external painting and complete modernisation). BNS Construction Ltd have been extremely helpful and professional throughout the project and they have responded to all my queries swiftly and clearly right from the beginning. My project is to convert a one-bedroom flat into a two-bedroom flat with an open kitchen and carry out renovation work within a block of flats. There were concerns about possible nuisance to my neighbours but the team had always tried their best to minimise disturbance and disruption to my neighbours as well as address their concerns as far as practicable. The work completed by BNS are of high quality and have in many aspects exceeded my expectations. On several occasions when there were changes to the original design, Ben and his team have patiently and effectively accommodated my requests and have been very polite and reasonable in every occasion. Furthermore, Ben had arranged the team to kindly reskim the entire property out of courtesy, which was not part of the original agreed scope of work, simply because Ben wanted me to enjoy an immaculate flat when finished! This shows that Ben will try his very best to come up with a high standard of work and ensure complete satisfaction of his customer. Though the work period was longer than originally envisaged due to unprecedented issues, the problems were resolved smoothly and quickly by the team. Recently, there has been an unprecedented leaking issue in my flat, and I contacted BNS Construction Ltd for their help. Ben has quickly responded to my urgent request early on a Saturday morning and arranged a plumber to fix the leakage within hours. It's rare to find a contractor who maintains a high level of integrity and customer care long after their work has been satisfactorily completed. It has been a pleasure working with Ben, Sophie and the team, and I am both thankful and grateful for all their kind assistance, helpful advice and professionalism throughout the construction. We selected Ohanaa, a building contractor in Farnham Common for a garage conversion and downstairs reconfiguration. BNS Construction, in partnership with Ohanaa were onsite for around 10 weeks in Spring 2023. Ben’s team at BNS were always on time, professional and worked with us to manage the build around a busy family home. We are really pleased with the results, including the installation of bi-folding door system and room dividing doors as well as a new bay window in the kitchen. Quality workmanship, very reliable and the team always turned up before 8am! Teddy, Luiz and Mario did a great job and I will definitely use Ohanaa and BNS for future work as they can be trusted to do the job without cutting corners.

Ben and the team were recommended to me by a friend who had some work done by them. I am so pleased I got in touch with BNS as they have exceeded my expectations and truly brought my vision to life. My project had a lot of beam and structural work which looked overwhelming to me, but Ben and his team made everything look so simple and easy. I had no trouble from them whatsoever, the teams came in and worked tirelessly. They also looked after my elderly neighbours by updating them when there were big deliveries planned or a lot of noises. The entire BNS team from Ben and Sophie through to the main man on site Teddy and his team have treated us well with professionalism and courtesy. The job was a radical refurbishment of a four bedroom house, opening up the ground floor with plenty of steelwork, re-wiring the whole house, and then installing new flooring and re-plastering the entire house. BNS also had to work with the window installation teams, and undertake the first fix work for the kitchen supplier. They did all of this with skill and care. These projects are always a question of trust - and we were very satisfied with BNS team and would wholeheartedly recommend you trust them with your project. A testament to how good the on the ground team are, was that after the project was completed we had neighbours approach us to tell us how polite and friendly the workforce was. High quality work, with a trustworthy and approachable team.

Couldn’t recommend BNS enough. We had a large 2 story extension and renovation to our main home and we went with BNS due to another recommendation.
