As an RIBA Chartered Architectural practice, we have enjoyed working with Bournesouth Ltd on a number of residential projects, and we look forward to doing so again. From our first project together, we recognised that the team were extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of construction and Project Management. They took the time to listen to our clients’ needs and expectations for a successful project on site, fully understand our bespoke designs and provide everyone with a clear and concise plan to move forward. James Muir of Bournesouth has been a godsend throughout this project. From finding and instructing sub contractors to managing the day to day activities and ensuring the smooth running of the project nothing has been too much trouble. He was on site four to five days per week, handled Health & Safety and was always there to answer any queries for the builders. During a difficult time in terms of material supply and availability of labour he was always able to come up with a solution. For someone as fussy and OCD as me he had an eye for detail and often spotted issues before I saw them! I would have no hesitation in recommending James and Bournesouth for any project. James Peters

Our major project had 3 distinct phases, which at the outset could have been either 3 projects or an integrated project. We were so happy with the first renovation project of the historic barn that we progressed with the extension to, and renovation of, our period farmhouse and the creation of a linked pool and leisure area. James at Bournesouth coordinated the tender processes, assembled and managed the team of builders and allied trades (from people he knew, had worked with and were used to working as a team) to deliver a first class project on time and on budget. His intimate knowledge of the processes and the interaction/potential conflicts of the specialist trades allowed him to anticipate issues before they arose and in close consultation with us to deliver the project to our complete satisfaction.
