Built Square Construction

I have had an awful experience with Built Square. I recently bought a flat, which is part of a larger building that they bought and converted to flats. Everything that could go wrong with this flat has gone wrong. There are multiple leaks, the boiler immediately broke, the doors don't close, all the fittings are done really sloppily and a hole in the roof felt was fixed with duct tape.
