“My first contact with Bryce Biery Construction came upon the recommendation of a window restorer. He assured me Biery Construction was one of the best in the business and I'm delighted to say that no truer words have ever been spoken. The decorative wood trim on my 35 year old Tudor style home was slowly deteriorating not to mention the moisture that was eating away at parts of the synthetic stucco. Bryce immediately determined that aluminum 'flashing' was needed where the stucco met the brick. He also suggested using Windsor boards to replace the trim which has a lifetime warranty. The newly installed trim really freshened up the exterior and looks original to the house while the aluminum flashing has eliminated my water issues. Bryce also enlarged two single casement windows to double casements and again, they look original to the home. Finally, his clean up is absolutely meticulous. I've never seen a stray nail, sawdust, or any other evidence that a work crew has been at my home. I look forward to a long professional relationship with Bryce Biery Construction. The guy absolutely knows his stuff. Compared to other contractors I've dealt with, he is an expert in all areas of home construction and repair. It is with pleasure that I HIGHLY recommend Bryce Biery Construction for any and all home improvement needs.”

“My name is Brad Dowell and I own Time to clean, a new construction cleaning company, I've been doing Brian's work for over ten years. I work for over fifty builders and Castlebuilt is in my top five builders in my opinion. He detail and home design is so different than other builders. He seems to have a knack for being right on with his homeowners. Brian is very easy to talk with and takes his time in explaining and going over each step with what he wants in a scope of work. I will say one key item about Brian, he's hands on with his homes. He is always on the job and that's important as a perspective home buyer. I would recommend Castlebuilt homes to anyone wanting a beautiful home built the right way.”

“Details built my custom home and worked with me methodically over an approximate 9 month period from beginning to end to design and build a beautiful home. The builder was knowledgable and, as a trained engineer, he was able to suggest, design and build changes that were architecturally stunning and structurally solid. Costs were clear and up front. “My husband and I worked with Michael O'Dea in 2001 to build our first home in the Forest Springs North subdivision in Louisville, KY. Michael accommodated our requests to make changes in the semi-custom that was already being built at the time of purchase. He has a keen eye for details which impressed us - For example, the color of the vinyl on the back side of the house did not match the color of the trim exactly and he made the crew redo the work. (Honestly, I'm not sure I would have even caught that but knowing that our builder did and made it right before we questioned it, assured us that we found the right builder.)”
