“I am a licenced builder from Blackheath in the Blue mountians and I have engaged Gene to draw up ( on CAD) and prepare plans, including preperation of BASIX for council submission, for three house I have built in recent years. Gene has an good knowledge of local council and BCA requirements in plan preperation and is able to transform sketches to detailed plans with skill.
