That, and he owned a home in East Sac and only moved to Clarksburg because of his growing family sold us on the deal. After the initial stages, the middle reliever is Danny DePiazza, who is the project manager. He was always timely to our requests and kept a firm deadline. Finally, the closer comes in. Seth was able to handle all of our punch-list needs. I figure if you are going to spend 5-6 months day-in, day-out making decisions that you are going to have to live with for the rest of your life, there are few people who can say such positive things about such a big project.
