Tom and team worked at my house in Marlow over the last 3 and bit months creating my 1st floor bedroom and semi en-suite extension. The properties in the area have a small frontage and I asked Tom if he could be tidy. They organised very well and cleaned up every day. Tom listens well and review my design from the failed previously engaged builders, who did not start. He saw some issues and proposed solutions. The quote provided was reasonable compared to others I had received. The build progress went great, even during Christmas. His team are the friendliest in the business, will take a bit of time to both greet and explain what is happening and what is next. Tom or his supervisor was onsite nearly all the time, ensuring the pace and quality proceeded at a good rate. He engaged with building control and help me with what I needed to do. The only issues we had: 1. Vendor delivered item failure (poor quality) - He sourced a replacement in time. 2. (Don't be surprised) As I started my planning in 2019, some building regulations changed and I needed to pay for new fire alarms to get final approval. Also Tom put me at ease with a phased plan which I paid on phase completion

Would highly recommend, work carried out to the highest level of quality. The team really know what they're doing.
