Unfortunately while Cloverfield seem helpful, they consistently delayed coming to do the agreed jobs, even though they were hired on the basis it would be done imminently. They then failed to complete work when it suited them to move on to a larger job - leaving my 80+ year old parents in the lurch and living in a building site. One facet of the job was the base for a conservatory. They also only partly completed this, and what was done has since turned out not be square, with one dwarf wall slightly longer than the other, and the block work to support the bifold doors is missing. This had caused problems for both the conservatory windows and roof installation, which was already booked in, and will also cause problems for the floor paving. The plumber also inflated his hours.
